the staff provided a very cute atmosphere. i got help with taxi arrangements anytime i needed it. breakfast had a live omelette station which i enjoyed. they provided fresh towels every day free of charge which was useful
i experienced some noise from nearby areas as my room was close to reception so it was an issue

the hotel offered easy access to nearby amenities it was a short walk to the beach. many restaurants were within walking distance making dining options very accessible. it was also close to the airport.

the breakfast had a large variety of choices. the presentation of food at dinner was excellent. cocktails were perfect and well priced i found. dinner service was very attentive and helpful.

my room had a great view from the balcony. the beds were super comfy ensuring a good night's sleep. the room was modern it had everything i needed. cleanliness was a priority in all spaces.

the pool had a ridiculous policy it did not open until 10am this was quite inconvenient for early swimmers the reception staff seemed unhelpful after our belongings were stolen at the beach they only suggested reporting the crime

the pool hours were restrictive. access to the outdoor pool was limited to 1100 in july. i also found the reliance on qr codes for menus and hotel information inconvenient. i prefer printed materials and dislike needing my phone for everything.
